    Italian Leather Purses

    We were happily walking the beautiful streets of Florence, Italy when my wife spied these colorful Italian leather purses.

    Like a moth drawn to the flame, or perhaps more like a zombie entranced, we crossed the street and into the store she went.

    Scratching my head, I wondered, what is it that draws the female species to think that she might need another purse when her closet is overflowing with perfectly fine specimens?

David and Carol Porter, Michigan natives who retired to Scottsdale, started the project in 2008 after the market collapse took away almost half of the savings they’d carefully put together to be able to retire at age 50.
