Just when this blog thought it had seen and tasted everything in Las Vegas, we discover a whole new cavalcade of deliciousness to drool over.
Although we’ve wandered through Paris Las Vegas on any number of occasions, and have seen Cafe Belle Madeleine (we didn’t know it had a name) off the casino’s main floor, we hadn’t stepped inside until recently. Your taste buds and eyeballs may want to brace themselves for what’s in store.

You might miss this shop if you’re not looking for it, but once found, it’s likely to end up on your must-taste list for every Las Vegas visit. Several times per visit. We’re just saying.

The array of tempting desserts is impressive, filled with both familiar favorites and items that fall distinctly into the “I must place my face on that” category.

One of our favorite items so far is going to be in the display case for a limited time only. The red velvet mustache cupcake (below) was created to support “Movember,” where men sprout facial hair to raise awareness about prostate cancer and other cancers that affect men. Read more. Proceeds from sales of this limited-edition cupcake go to the American Cancer Society.

The culinary geniuses at Paris have done it again.
From the chocolate-driven confections to the wide assortment of tarts (see all the Sin City jokes we’re not making?), Cafe Belle Madeleine is a sweet surprise at Paris Las Vegas.

Check out more of the fairly spectacular desserts at Cafe Belle Madeleine in our exclusive photo gallery. Spanx not included.
