PHOENIX SUMMIT CHALLENGE: NOV 10-11, 2012
Hikers, just a reminder that the annual City of Phoenix Summit Challenge (a.k.a the Seven Summits of Phoenix) is this weekend. So, unless you’re participating (or are a glutton for traffic congestion) you may want to steer clear of the following hiking areas:
South Mountain Park, Piestewa Peak, Phoenix Mountain Preserve, Lookout Mountain, North Mountain, Shaw Butte.
