It’s been an amazing, decade-long run, but Bradley Ogden restaurant closes at Caesars Palace on August 5, 2012.

“Salut!” to a culinary icon, Bradley Ogden.

One of the best send-offs to Bradley Ogden we’ve seen comes from Las Vegas food critic Al Mancini. He asked for those in attendance at the party to give their thoughts about what Bradley Ogden has done for the Las Vegas culinary scene. Read the comments here.

The best way this blog could think of to say “farewell” to Bradley Ogden is to kind of do what we do. Specifically, here’s a photo gallery of food we had at Bradley Ogden restaurant recently. Ogden’s take on complex, but accessible, American food will be missed, as will the chef.

We find us fascinating,” he says. The Pulse of Vegas blog is the official Las Vegas blog of Caesars Entertainment, the folks who run a bevy of Las Vegas hotels. It received the inaugural “Most Valuable Las Vegas Blogger” award by CBS Local/KXNT News Radio.
