That was the tenor of the debate on foreign policy tonight.  On issue after issue, viewers found the President and the Governor agree on the broad issues of foreign policy.

With one exception:

Governor Romney would be louder,  a spin on Roosevelt’s dictum:  A President Romney would speak loudly and carry a big stick.

Wasn’t that the history of the previous decade’s President?
