Not that anyone asked, but, for the record, I’m voting for Obama, again. I don’t agree with everything he’s done in the past four years, but I’m convinced that unlike most politicians –and certainly most recent presidents — he wakes up every day trying to do the best job he can. If he’s made mistakes, at least they’re honest mistakes. The last four presidents relished telling purposeful lies. The last one in particular didn’t care if his lies led to the deaths thousands of American troops and tens of thousands of civilians, if not more, in Iraq. Bush Jr. was a walking weapon of mass destruction. The only sensible thing he ever did was bailout Wall Street — because he knew those dumbasses would have taken the entire economy down if he hadn’t. The cruel irony is that it was the Reagan-Clinton-Bush economic doctrine of deregulation birthed the economic collapse of 2008. By the way, anyone who thinks Obama is a socialist is an idiot or a liar. That’s crap, plain and simple. He’s a capitalist, but he knows who’s to blame and I give him credit at least for trying to set things right. I may not agree with every choice he makes, but “Obamacares” and that matters. Romney, by the way, stands for nothing except Mitt Romney. That’s the one position he’ll never flip flop on.
